Fondazione ANT Franco Pannuti ETS

Fondazione ANT is the largest nonprofit organization in Italy providing specialized home care for cancer patients and individuals suffering from chronic degenerative diseases, as well as cancer prevention services.

Since 1985, ANT has provided free care to more than 165,800 patients across 11 Italian regions. Every year, over 9,000 people receive care in their homes from ANT’s multidisciplinary teams, which deliver specialist hospital-level and social care services through a comprehensive approach that supports both patients and their families.

ANT’s home oncology care service is certified under the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 quality standard, issued by Globe s.r.l. In 2016, ANT also signed a non-financial Memorandum of Understanding with the Italian Ministry of Health, committing the parties to define, support, and implement a program of interventions aimed at achieving specific objectives consistent with Italian Law No. 38 of March 15, 2010, concerning access to palliative care and pain therapy.

Since 2004, ANT has also been actively involved in cancer prevention through early diagnosis projects for melanoma, thyroid, gynecological, and breast cancers. Since then, 288,000 patients have received free screenings across 91 Italian provinces.

ANT operates throughout Italy through 111 local branches and 63 “da Cuore a Cuore – Charity Point” centers.

A study conducted by Human Foundation on the social impact of ANT’s activities found that for every euro invested in the Foundation’s work, €1.90 of social value is generated (according to the SROI methodology).

Fondazione ANT operates in the name of Eubiosia (from the Greek meaning “life with dignity”).
