Champneys, the original health spa, is a name synonymous with health, well-being and beauty and has been the leader in its luxury field for over 90 years.

The world class destination spas employ beauty therapists, fitness instructors, chefs, nutritionists and well-being practitioners to ensure you experience ""the Champneys way"". Available Sunday- Thursday, with an option to upgrade to a Thursday-Friday night stay where £100 will be deducted from your resort credit. Saturday excluded

The Foundation of Light works with up to 20,000 young people and families from some of the most deprived communities every year, to tackle some of the region's biggest challenges including social isolation, unemployment, food poverty and poor physical and mental health.

Through various initiatives and programmes and links with Sunderland AFC, the Foundation gives families the opportunity to access sports and fitness sessions, mental health resources and experience the facilities at the Beacon of Light community hub.

North East football fans are notorious for their passion and desire to support their own, through fundraising and donor support the Foundation channels that energy to help make a difference across Wearside, helping people live happier and healthier lives.
