The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit. Advance booking is required to redeem the voucher. The voucher shall not be replaced in the event of loss, damage or theft. The original voucher must be presented by the bearer upon arrival at the hotel/club and number must be mentioned at the time of booking. For questions regarding bookings, please send an e-mail to [email protected]. The voucher cannot be used during blackout dates, e.g. the holiday period (24-31 December).
