“The circus is beyond life. The pageantry and wonder of what we see, hear and feel never leaves us. È a unique feeling of magic and we celebrate it with this imaginative collection” - M.Wanders

After being discovered by a well-known choreographer during a street performance, Valentina, an experienced belly dancer, fell in love with the delicate gestures and pirouettes of classical dance. The mouse had never seen a dancer with so much potential and decided to devote all his time to her to make her a true étoile. Two years later, they tread the boards together all over the world, as colleagues but also as the most brilliant couple of the moment.

The magic of the Circus with its fascinating and somewhat mysterious characters, sparkling lights, intense colours: a wonderful world captured by Wanders in a limited edition collection.

"Ballerina" è an elephantess who loves ballet. She dances together with her partner, a small mouse fascinated by her talent, twirling gracefully on a golden ball. Two romantic characters imagined by Marcel Wanders give life to a poetic music box.

.

The platform encloses the mechanism that produces the melody, for which Wanders chose the Entrance of the Gladiators by Julius Fučík, the well-known motif that opens the circus show around the world.

.

A collectable sculpture-object dedicated to true admirers of the applied arts.

“Ballerina” è produced in the Crusinallo di Omegna factory, the carillon mechanism è handcrafted in Switzerland.
