The gastronomic offer is also refined, in keeping with the tradition that has seen it host the cuisine of the great master of cuisine Gualtiero Marchesi for twenty years, starting from its debut in 1993. Today, it is possible to experience fine dining in the L’Aurum restaurant, savour daily signature cuisine in the Leone Felice restaurant, both by chef Alberto Quadrio, and, between cocktails and a vintage glass in Stanza 54, indulge in the most extraordinary experience of tasting traditional Italian pizza in the Filiale signed by Franco Pepe. A few steps away from L’Albereta, in the Quintale restaurant, chef Davide Modesti, on the other hand, enhances a cuisine based on quality meats, vegetarian flavours and the great first courses of the Italian tradition with the skilful use of grills.
