The service fee on CharityStars normally ranges from 10% to 15%, depending on the auction and its value.

With the % discount included in your membership, the service fee will range from 10 - x% to 15-x%.

Example, with 2% discount:

  • If an auction has a 13% service fee, for you it will be 11%.
  • If an auction has an 11% service fee, for you it will be 9%.

The discount percentage depends on your chosen membership tier. You can find the specific discount percentage for your plan on the Membership sign-up page and you can see the discounted service fee in the auction page

Free shipping is available only for eligible delivery addresses. It is not available for shipments to the following destinations:

  • Asia: Japan
  • Europe: Croatia, Norway, Denmark, Sweden
  • Americas: South America
  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

If your shipping address is in one of these locations, you won't be able to activate the membership, as we cannot offer our free shipping benefit there. Please contact our customer care team for alternative arrangements before attempting to sign up.

Free shipping will automatically apply to the first eligible auction you win and close.

Free Unlock reserve price will be automatically applied when you try to unlock a reserve price, you cannot choose for which action they will be free.

For additional unlocks, a discounted member price will apply.

To receive your free Digital COP benefit, you must manually add it to the auction of your choice before or during your bidding.

You are entitled to a define number of free Digital COP per membership period. If you add the Digital COP to multiple auctions and win more than one:

  1. The free Digital COP will automatically be applied to the first eligible auction that closes.
  2. Any subsequent auctions you win that also have the Digital COP added will receive the reduced member price, not the free benefit.

Priority shipping means your order will be prioritised and processed internally ahead of others, allowing us to dispatch the item for shipment as quickly as possible.

However, it does not guarantee express delivery (e.g., 2–3 days), since in many cases we must wait for the seller to dispatch the item, and delays may occur at that stage. For this reason, priority shipping is not always available.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Once canceled, no further charges will be applied.

Your benefits will remain active until the end of the current paid subscription period, regardless of when you stop the auto-renewal.

To cancel your subscription, go to:

Profile > Membership > Manage Membership

Here, you’ll find all the details of your subscription and the option to cancel.

Depending on the membership plan you subscribed to, the fee will be charged periodically, either monthly or annually.

Please note that your membership will renew automatically unless you choose to cancel it before the renewal date.

You can update you payment method by going to Profile > Membership > Manage Membership.

Here you can see your credit card information and update the credit card

Make sure there are sufficient funds available on your payment method and that it hasn’t expired or been cancelled.

If the payment fails, your subscription will be temporarily suspended and we will attempt to process the payment again in the following days.
