Era il 1962 quando Aimo e Nadia Moroni, compagni di lavoro e di vita, aprirono il loro ristorante in via Montecuccoli a Milano; sempre qui, dopo più di 60 anni, ha ancora sede quello che da semplice trattoria è diventato un Ristorante stellato che vede alla guida, dal 2012, gli Chef Alessandro Negrini e Fabio Pisani che – insieme a Stefania Moroni, figlia dei fondatori – proseguono il percorso iniziato da Aimo e Nadia esaltando un’idea di cucina che celebra l’ingrediente, attraverso un processo creativo frutto del lavoro di più mani e più menti: una felice sintesi tra umanità, accoglienza, memoria gustativa, gesto contemporaneo e valorizzazione della cultura gastronomica del nostro Paese.
